In the quiet spaces between breaths,
You held the world with quiet might.
A soul unbending in the face of storm,
Like a mountain against the night.

Through whispered winds of fleeting time,
Your courage grew, though all seemed still.
In every step, you bore the weight,
With grace, with strength, with iron will.

The battle waged within your bones,
Yet never once did you betray
The depth of heart, the light within—
A warrior through every day.

Though shadows tried to steal your flame,
You stood like stone, unshaken, tall.
In stillness, there was endless power—
The truest strength within us all.

Now the stars will know your name,
Etched in the sky where brave hearts soar.
And we will carry you with us,
In our hearts forevermore.

Written in memory of Robert Klien, a friend, a father, a husband and an overall fantastic human.
