Hey there! I’m Patrick —author, Navy veteran, and occasional painter. You’ve landed in my little corner of the internet, where I share stories, experiences, and some hard-earned lessons from life. Stick around if you’re into no-frills insights and a bit of creative exploration along the way.

As an author, I write real stories with real struggles. Fiction that hits hard. Stories that explore the realities of mental health, and resilience.

Patrick is an author, veteran, and cybersecurity student with a passion for storytelling, problem-solving, and exploring the complexities of the human mind. His debut novel, The Shattered Shield, weaves together themes of camaraderie, sacrifice, and resilience, drawing heavily from his decade-long service in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. Specializing in maintaining radar systems, mission computers, and communication equipment on E-2C Hawkeyes and C-2A Greyhounds, he developed a deep appreciation for precision, responsibility, and teamwork—principles that continue to shape his writing and career.

Currently, he is pursuing a career in cybersecurity, drawn to the constant challenges and evolving nature of the field. While his website remains a hub for his writing, future blog posts will dive into cybersecurity topics, reflecting his journey in a rapidly advancing industry.

When not writing, painting, or immersed in cybersecurity studies, he’s usually tinkering with computers, coding, building models, or working with retro tech. His ADHD-fueled curiosity ensures there’s always a new project on the horizon. Most importantly, he’s a father, and his kids have made their mark on his stories—sometimes even changing them entirely.

At the core of it all, he believes in telling real stories, embracing humor as a survival tool, and always pushing forward, no matter the challenge.
